定好房間説沒有這個房型了，讓加錢升級房間。後來協商免費升級的，説那個房間便宜是因為挨着KTV有噪音所以才便宜的巴拉巴拉的，特別沒有業務水準，剛到房間就打電話提醒12點退房，以前沒有記得辦完入住還有這個提醒業務呢。以前回來經常住這，這次跟吃了口蒼蠅一樣

東西遺忘在那裡，就找不到了。打電話問前台，前台一個勁的不承認。在別的酒店做了，丟了東西都能找到。在這裡在這裏，找不到。

設施比較陳舊，需要維修或更新。
房間連餐巾紙都不提供，衹有捲紙。
吹風機太舊了，外殼都缺東西。
浴室噴頭也是壞的，噴水很不均勻。
衞生還可以，枕套都破了。
房間特別不隔音，樓道聲音也太響了。
整體真的是疏於管理！希望改進。
