定好房間説沒有這個房型了，讓加錢升級房間。後來協商免費升級的，説那個房間便宜是因為挨着KTV有噪音所以才便宜的巴拉巴拉的，特別沒有業務水準，剛到房間就打電話提醒12點退房，以前沒有記得辦完入住還有這個提醒業務呢。以前回來經常住這，這次跟吃了口蒼蠅一樣
