200多年的古宅修復的客棧，儘量按照原構造給予客人復古的體驗。設施完備，早餐也非常好吃。聽老闆講宅主人的故事，以及她隨先生從北京來到寧德屏南，成立義工社，牽頭古村落古宅修復的故事。現代化的設施、復古的體驗，深厚的傳統文化，下次過來還是會住。

房間很寬敞，屬於土木結構的，在雙溪古鎮中應該算是比較有特殊的古宅。衞生乾淨，佈置的很有古風韻味的房間，服務熱情周到，孩子們也很喜歡！一開始訂的房間沒有熱水供應，老闆很爽快的帶我們到另一個房間使用，做的果盤也很棒，小盆友還有冰淇凌吃，開心🥳……總的來説很推薦

這條街最大的宅子了，前面是咖啡廳，我們定的兩個房間是在二樓單獨的，獨立空間十分滿意，有一定的私隱和其他空間區別開了！這是一次非常成功的選擇！

非常滿意，古樸的進士家宅改建，做到了做舊如舊。內部還做了現代化的升級。能兼顧保存老宅風貌和先進設施實屬不易！並且還兼具公益教育性質，更是難得！老闆一家都很勤勞善良，淳樸熱情，吃了有史以來最豐盛的民宿早餐！甚至粥的米是老闆家人自己種的，餅是自己烙的，咖啡都是現磨的！
環境：木頭房子能做到純安靜也是難得！房間之間都沒有直接相連的進出都互不打擾！
各方面都非常舒適的一次體驗，一定要再來！

和其他住客相同的感受，老闆娘是用心在做事業，像料理家一樣料理自己的民宿，看到房間裏的介紹，民宿所得的收入會用於社區建設和附近的小童事業，更是對老闆娘敬佩，衹要下次還來白水洋，必定還是會住在這家的

特別有格調的老宅院裏麪的民宿，古色古香，原汁原味，房間還帶一個泡茶的閣樓。很乾凈！特別是這樣的百年老宅院裏，居然還有乾淨又現代化的衞生間！老闆娘非常好，很熱情很親和，自駕車夜間到達的，老闆及時提前致電告知怎麼停車，到達之後又在門口等我們，幫忙拿行李。我們冬季11月出行，晚上衹有6度，老闆娘提前給房間開好了暖氣，床上還有電熱毯也提前開好了，晚上逛完古鎮夜景回到房間，温暖地美美睡了一覺，早餐也非常好，在老宅天井裡吃，中西合璧（見圖）如果要提點意見的話，衞生間裏缺個掛浴巾的地方，加個掛鈎會更好！個人覺得床墊偏硬了點，升級一下更加完美！

酒店是在老宅子裏，但是房間裏是現代化的設施，老闆和老闆娘熱情接待，賓至如歸的感覺，早餐非常好吃，在聊天中得知老闆是我們老鄉，在做古建築修繕，介紹我們如何遊玩，很好的一次住宿體驗。
