兩點開的房，進來坐床頭充了會電，三點就出去了。辦完業務回來四點多，換鞋時發現拖鞋味道賊大，忍住換了一次性拖鞋。開暖氣，暖氣也是一股怪味。換房，前台以床上被子動過，洗過澡（衹上了一次廁所），入住時間過長為理由，拒絕換房。後面清潔説可以換，要付款換床單費，**的一個房間一百不到，要付款六七十的床單費？純純噁心人

我們住的是三人間是個內外套間，很好的。餐廳在九樓頂層，可能是五一節假日期間人多的緣故，加了幾次料都備搶光了，建議做好預備。停車場太少。

第一次入住麗和酒店，地理位置好，位於市中心地段，從酒店出門往左走100米是城湖街，往右走100米是城西街，離步行街中心廣場都很近，房間非常乾淨衞生，服務人員熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，營養早餐。設施不錯，網絡信號好，環境優美、舒適、清靜，床夠大也很軟，住得很舒服。經濟實惠，推薦入住。
