房間寬敞，停車方便，還有充電樁，早餐品種挺多。。不是動物園隔壁的老虎酒店，離動物園有點距離，適合自駕。

除了服務品質不太滿意（入住前己收取500押金，退房卡離開100多公里才說忘了扣一份早餐錢，打電話過來直接說客人不付款，無語…..20元的事情且入住前己交500押金隨時可以扣，溝通能力有限）

首先提醒將要入住的各位，一定一定一定一定要拿好卡包裏紫色那張紙。
其次房間設施和大廳前台服務都不錯。
但是衰就衰在早餐入口的服務員。根據規定，標雙房型應包含兩份早餐，在入口刷卡時，那位服務員阿姨卻告知我們衹有一位能享用，另一位需額外付費。面對我們的疑惑，她解釋説是因為我們的"親戚"用房卡中夾帶的紫色憑證佔用了一個名額。我當即從卡包中取出我們的紫色憑證，她頓時啞口無言。這很難不讓人懷疑：是否是她自己的親友冒用了其他客人的名額，而隨意找我們當替罪羊？這種操作實在令人反感。平心而論，早餐品質並不出眾，選擇在此用餐不過是圖個方便罷了。

房間雖然是很久以前的了但是應該是從新裝修過的，很乾凈衞生。而且比老虎酒店便宜，還有動物世界的門票。值得。定了四間房，還有一間朋友沒時間住但是酒店這個也給我全額退款了。非常感謝🙏

很有特色的酒店，第一次入住觀虎房。能看到老虎的還是在餐廳，那邊有水池，老虎都在那邊。我們定的最好的觀虎房，感覺性價比不高，看不到老虎。希望可以改進。在這邊增加點老虎玩的設施。
