設施：設施不算新，還好啦
衞生：還是乾淨，不是細節控沒發現不乾淨
停車停門口，衹有幾個停車位，對自駕人士不太方便，停滿的話要停街道或路邊，不太好。
附近沒有飯店，找吃飯的地方很難，要打車去商業街才能找到，也不方便。
整體來説，住沒問題，就是附近吃飯和停車不方便。
