1，大廳很冷，工作人員效率太低，手法太慢太慢，工作狀態你們完全可以學習學習麗楓酒店和亞朵酒店，本身你們的定位就高一些，但是工作態度和熟練程度真的需要好好培訓，為森麼生意差不要總説經濟環境的問題，自身存在的問題找出來先貫徹下去。
2地理位置還挺好，在中心位置！
3，這兩天正好下雪，房間巨冷，空調開着也沒有反應。我們一共開了5間房，都温度很低。找了前台2次總説空調沒問題，還嘴硬。為什麼會這樣呢！
4，房間存在很多很多亂收費的現象，活生生的把定位如此高端的酒店變成了一個超市，一個小賣部！一瓶礦泉水5元，一瓶紅牛10元，一個刮鬍刀30元，我用了一下充電器15元，馬桶墊5元，等等等等…
…………，你們完全不知道顧客
的需求的感受，能住到這裏的遊客都不差錢，最起碼都是主力消費羣體，他們並不是消費不起，而是你們完全不懂消費者的需求，行走全國多年入住各種酒店，從來沒見過這麼安排事情的，就是喝10瓶水，都會馬上送到房間，而且還會非常客氣，你這個酒店做的收費事宜，還是20年前小旅館的行為，我是説咱們平涼落後呢，還是説酒店管理者不負責任呢。這是一瓶5塊錢水的問題嗎？請管理者馬上研究活下去的對策，不是低價引流，也不是亂收費。而是給入住旅客的體驗感真正提升！

紅泉不大創造神話，平涼紅泉大酒店刷新了我的三觀，我不知道他們是怎麼做到沒有優點全是缺點的，邀請新疆和寧夏的老闆們一行十一人過來開會，也怪我自己工作疏忽沒有實地看房，體驗簡直極差，設施破舊（衞生間嚴重反味，房間潮濕，洗漱台淋浴反人類設計），服務態度差，效率低下，我覺得老闆沒把房卡摔我臉上已經是最大的仁慈了，還什麼星級酒店簡直貽笑大方，我真心奉勸各位謹慎選擇，睡大街都比他們強。

我都無語了，給領導定的房間，被領導一頓罵，外賣自己下去拿就算了，要瓶水還必須續房費，要不還要水錢，你們是窮瘋了吧！簡直太垃圾了。

酒店幾年前住過，還不錯！這次出差過來，服務態度極差，前台到餐廳服務人員，328的價格，礦泉水額外加一瓶，5元，去搶吧！
前台服務人員，説話跟欠她錢一樣，外賣也不讓送上樓，也沒有機器人送。
早餐的牛肉麪，麪居然提前煮好的，湯一放就可以了，請問，你們自己是這樣吃嗎？
也不知道酒店老闆咋想的，這樣下去，肯定倒閉！差評，以後再也不住了！

1. 住了7天。房間很多控制按鈕都是壞的。我想要點“請勿打擾”都不給機會，每天定時被清潔阿姨打擾。
2. 廁所的燈十分不人性化，不管白天黑夜，甚至半夜起夜都能在凌晨時分把整個房間給你自動點的燈火通明，睡意全無，完全沒有自己操控的餘地，想要關廁所燈比登天還難。
廁所其實可以衹有夜燈，不需要所有大燈無時不刻的一起亮。
3. 房間隔音很差，不管是面對走廊的聲音，還是面對外面施工的聲音都能聽的一清二楚，清潔阿姨衹要到了工作時間就會在走廊裏大聲喧嘩，毫無居住體驗感受。
4. 這麼好的酒店窗簾居然不隔陰，一大早就能把人亮醒，窗簾能夠多加一層隔陰層就更好了。
