隴東明珠賓館位於平涼市區東部，整個賓館佔地空間非常大，停車很方便，出來自駕遊就要找停車便利的賓館。吃飯的話出門向西1公里，路南側有很多飯館，以清真飯館居多。賓館的設施雖然不是太新潮，但是房間大，大窗户視野好，過年入住人不多很安靜。

畢竟裝修時間久了，設施不是很好，價格便宜，停車方便，出門吃飯不用打車也都很方便，旁邊就是公園，可以去轉轉，散散步，環市很不錯的。

老賓館，設施陳舊，設施不是很豐富和完善但是絕對夠用，都是早期高標準的配置。房間衞生、被服乾淨整潔，環境安靜但談不上優美。旁邊有餐廳，很方便，價格實惠，飯菜質量很好很有地方特色！緊靠大路邊，交通和停車很方便。服務熱情細緻！性價比高。
