房間很寬敞、乾淨舒適，還有符合人體工學的記憶枕，非常舒服減壓，讓人一覺到天亮。😊😊
酒店停車場很大、很方便，服務也很棒，離開時酒店還貼心贈送柚子檸檬茶解暑。🥰🥰
唯一美中不足就是客房很多，卻衹有一個電梯，上下樓及等待時間有點久。☹️

房間乾淨整潔，衞生條件也好。周邊交通便利，離柳湖公園與綠地廣場走路5分鐘，非常方便。
服務人員也很熱情，早餐麪條味道不錯。

房間一如既往特別乾淨，住過漢庭的都會深有體會。這次帶孩子出來，前台特意給升級了房型，住着更舒適，早餐種類依舊豐富多樣，適合各類人羣食用。平涼之行留下特別好的回憶！

這家酒店的房間真的非常舒適！床鋪柔軟而寬敞，讓人感覺像是在家一樣温馨。房間裏還配備了高級的床墊和乳膠枕，讓人在享受舒適的睡眠，房間內的傢俱擺設也非常精緻。

酒店前台態度很好。辦理入住的時候前台主動説最後一個房間了，窗子外面有遮擋，光線不好。主動給我們加了一份早餐（訂的時候衹含一早）。酒店的早餐特別豐富，很好吃。有點不愉快的是酒店接了一隊參加武術比賽的小孩子，然後在酒店走廊打鬧到晚上十二點，後來實在沒法忍受打電話給前台後進行了干涉，早上退房時前台主動給我們送了兩杯咖啡。整體服務很不錯。
