衞生很差，和沒打掃一樣，服務態度很差，非常差，到處都是蟲子，房頂全是蚊子

房間有種特別難聞的味道，衞生間沒有門，洗漱的麪池底部的塞子沒有，洗頭都非常困難，麪池的水龍頭，呲水，洗個臉呲了我一身水，空調不能用，水壺很臟，沒有一次性拖鞋，衞生比較差，房間味道特別難聞，升房間就是換了個有窗的房間，我訂的時候就選的是有窗的，換房間還收費，還有，24小時前台根本不是，我晚上到的時候前台沒人，還好我朋友提前去幫我辦入住，不然我到的時候都住不了，勸大家千萬別住，這是我住過最差的酒店

優點距離平涼火車站近，樓下有個牛肉麪便宜，味道好。缺點，最裡邊的三人間，空調管線接外機的地方有一個打洞，我們十一月份去的，外面從那裡漏風，去找店主，要了一個塑料袋，自己堵上的，再要塑料袋的過程中，不知道是溝通有問題，還是店家當天心情不好，總而言之，一個塑料袋要的都很費勁，再有三人間的浴室沒有門，會把水霧竄進整個屋子，濕度會很大，喜歡屋裡濕的會很開心，拖鞋是塑料公用的，臭腳丫子味道很重，肯定是做衞生的工作人員有鼻炎聞不到，才把那種拖鞋給客人用。再再有，店鋪標註部分有窗的房間大家一定要慎拍，我通過去這家店終於明白這裏的貓膩了，這也是我要謝謝這家店的地方。我這裏要檢討，我看到寫着部分有窗了，沒想到，提前三天訂的房，竟然去了後就沒窗了，沒窗，想換有窗就要價錢，雖然加的不多但是讓住客心裏不舒服，就那天入住來説，你是不是把有窗的都住上人了，你心裏最清楚了，好在當時老闆機智，讓我們退單，親們，以後看到部分有窗千萬別存在僥倖心理，即使你定的早，也是無窗。
