前台領班態度很惡劣，我們開的麻將房覺得麻將很小很老 想退房，交了一百按金 退房衹退回房費不退按金，而且半個小時不到 鐘點房要100 我們沒弄亂任何東西 説給她50不行 就是要扣100 什麼房間啊要100半個小時？後來換到大床房我們也妥協了 本來訂的麻將房就是為了打麻將方便 。 結果態度那麼差 還能當領班？我第一次見做服務行業態度那麼差 。。。

如果帶孩子、不要唱K就不建議預訂了，KTV營業到凌晨2點、整個樓都轟轟響，隔音很差而且房間沒有遮光簾，唯一還不錯的是服務員態度很不錯、有洗衣房

唯一的優勢是地理位置不錯。訂房時看到二樓有KTV，我特意訂了七樓的房間，可惜的是，那不僅僅是KTV，還是個迪廳或演藝吧，發出的重低音從晚八點到晨二三點，從二樓直竄到七樓，折騰的一整夜難眠。給後面的人提個醒，若沒有沾枕頭就能沉睡的本事，千萬千萬慎住。

酒店很老舊，走廊一股難聞味道，最大的奇葩是酒店是入住休息的地方，2樓既然有個迪廳，是酒吧迪廳，不是ktv 晚上一直到2點鐘樓都是在晃的，打電話給前台，説不是他們家的，他們也管不了。真是奇葩的酒店！
