The family went on a trip during the National Day. It was a great experience. The decoration of the parent-child suite was very warm and cute. The children especially liked it. The beautiful manager at the front desk was very enthusiastic, with a sweet smile and flexible work. It was really great👍 It was on the edge of the highway and it was very easy to drive. Convenient and plenty of parking spaces. The overall feeling is that everyone from the management to the parking lot security are very welcoming👍I will definitely come back next time if I have a chance. Oh, the breakfast was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a wonderful experience!

過年回家了，回到平樂，親切的感覺，在網上看酒店對比了就直接訂了這家維也納酒店，在高速出口旁邊，雖然是老店但品質還是很高檔，酒店工作人員服務很好，房間很大而且很舒服，要是在廣東這種酒店隨便都要三四百以上才能住，回平樂的朋友推薦入住這家，性價比超高，體驗滿分。

應該是平樂最好的酒店了，房間夠大，裝修挺新而且沒有氣味，床品舒服，洗澡水很大，由於酒店位於十字路口邊上，面向路口的窗户隔音效果一般，而我們對聲音較為敏感，影響晚上睡眠，同行的親戚卻認為沒影響，而酒店的服務值得稱讚，前台服務員、主管，工程部一大早就為我們及時修理窗户並重新更換房間
