酒店房間有蟑螂，價格貴，性價比不高，酒店合作推薦的吃飯的地方食材不新鮮，價格貴。魚鱗壩就是個坑，無人打理，臟亂差。

晚上吃飯牙縫裡卡了魚刺，酒店的工作人員姐姐非常耐心細緻地幫助解決問題，親自冒雨開車送我到街上的診所尋找醫生，最終順利將魚刺夾出，感恩！另外有一位老奶奶住客頭疼得厲害，也是姐姐回家幫客人拿葯，有效地緩解了疼痛。非常有温暖愛心的一家酒店！

説實話裏期望值有點遠，網上評價這個酒店很不錯，於是果斷預訂了房間。實地體驗之後，有點失望😔發現房間wifi故障以及正常電視台節目不能收看後，跟前台溝通，得到的回覆是沒有辦法解決。空調製冷效果也很不好，在房間稍微動一下就會冒汗！住宿的體驗感很一般。

服務：先不説房間怎麼樣，體驗感極差，房間備註的是4人份的洗漱用品，但房間裏只有2份，多次問前台工作人員需要多加兩份一直推拖説房間有備好足份的洗漱用品，要加需要自費
態度：在酒店遺失貴重物品，拒不歸還，且酒店負責人態度及其惡劣，從始至終客人在店裡丟失貴重物品，完全沒有當成一回事，根本就沒有調查之類的反饋，反正這態度就是大有你能拿我怎麼辦意思

1、設備基本上來了，但還是不像個酒店。
2、晚上十一點，樓上還有蹦噠的聲音，影響休息
3、早上9點半，我還沒退房，就有人來刷我房門，幸虧鏈條鎖上，衹聽到是一個女的的聲音，猜測可能是清理房間的阿姨。但請問服務人員連這點基本素質都沒有嗎？不知道先敲門確認嗎？不知道電話聯絡客人嗎？
