酒店設施完善，性價比高配備投影儀，wifi還行，環境不錯，地理位置好，有免費公共停車場，附近逛街吃飯方便，算是縣中心，房間很好非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，入住登記也很快酒店服務也很好，前台工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好，很貼心，洗衣房，烘衣機都有，可以隨時跟前台説要阿姨幫忙洗衣服，方便極了，下次來還會入住這個酒店，推薦

服務態度好 ，酒店風格很不錯，設施設備很齊全，大廳很舒服，前台服務很棒，貼心 辦理速度很快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡也很好很給力， 投影效果很好 有好多點的電影可以免費觀看 一個人住也很放鬆 衞生間也很乾凈 洗澡非常的舒服 洗護用品也好用，服務員阿姨也很熱情主動打招呼，還有洗衣服務 還有烘乾很方便 太讚了

酒店服務人員的態度真的太好了，員工們非常友善和樂於助人，能及時滿足我的需求，房間也非常乾淨舒適，全屋智能化，床鋪很舒服，給我帶來了一個愉快的住宿體驗，坐在大廳美女小姐姐會給我倒茶水，阿姨也會及時打掃續房衞生，酒店也是在中心城區，去哪裡都比較方便。下次還會再來！

非常滿意的一次入住。從大廳到房間一直都是乾乾淨淨，整整潔潔的。床也很大。睡得特別舒服，前台小姐姐的態度也很好。是一家性價比比較高的酒店，值得入住哦，阿姨服務也挺讓我滿意的，洗好衣服幫我送到房間！！真不錯呦

乾淨衞生 中午會有阿姨進來打掃，更換一次性用品和收垃圾，每天都會保持清潔噠~如果你人在房間裏，阿姨會等會兒再來滴~
價格實惠 最重要的一點!!!!前台小姐姐還有阿姨她們都很好哦~有什麼要求都會很快回復。我和我的小夥伴坐上高鐵了才想起來有東西沒拿，打了電話給前台後，很快就幫我們找到了，還幫我們寄過來，真的很感謝她們!!!
最後就是好吃也很多，隨便點的外賣都很好吃，我和朋友們玩得很開心!!!下次還來!!!

有史以來最差的一次住宿體驗，第一次寫差評。
1.房間設備差。開的投影儀房，投影儀是壞的，螺絲鬆了…你猜猜我為什麼開投影儀房？
2.隔音差。星期天樓下從八點就開始裝修，酒店幹預毫無作用，走廊講話房間聽得一清二楚。
3.配套服務差。開了兩間房，礦泉水喝完了要收兩元一瓶，早上吃完早飯要兩個袋子要我刷房卡。住了這麼多酒店第一次看這麼做服務的，佩服。
請問貴酒店的服務理念是什麼？第一次來平江，住宿體驗極差，希望酒店能重視並整改。
