This stay was a great experience! I arrived at the hotel two hours early and thought I wouldn't be able to check in, but the lady on duty at the front desk was so helpful! He was flexible in his work and always put customers' needs first, which impressed me and my favorability towards him soared instantly. Except for the facilities being a bit old, everything else is really OK! The bed is so comfortable! You can park at the door, there are food nearby, and the price-performance ratio is super high! The internet speed in the room is great!

First time writing a review for a hotel! I chose this hotel because I stayed at Bamboo Hotel in Yueyang. It was really disappointing. When I wanted to blow dry my hair after taking a shower, the hair dryer was broken! ! The light in the closet in the room flickered all night! ! There were still some betel nut residues in the room that had not been cleaned up! ! The most outrageous thing is that there is a patch on the bed sheet? And when we left in the morning, we clearly told the front desk that we wanted to change rooms and she agreed. The service attitude of the slightly plump girl was quite good. But when we went back in the afternoon and told the front desk to change rooms, the front desk clerk on the shift was unaware of the problem and asked us to explain the problem again, and even asked us if we had originally booked this room type? Can't you see this by checking the order? He is simply a wooden stake, has no tact and communication is difficult. He is not familiar with the working process at all, like a newcomer. The check-in experience is very bad!

服務態度好，每個員工都笑臉相迎。房間寬敞明亮，房間打掃得一塵不染，空調給力，熱水充足。停車場車位比較多，免費停車。前台服務專業，會員還幫忙免費升級，房間窗户大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。早餐菜品味道好，種類多。位置便利，周圍吃的也比較多交通十分方便。

服務態度好得讓人驚喜，有求必應還很貼心哦。房間打掃得一塵不染，空調給力，熱水充足，周邊吃飯購物都方便，被子柔軟 睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度 手機信號強，免費WiFi，早餐口味很多，吃的選擇性強。滿意！

前台服務態度熱情，詢問都耐心解答，很贊哦。房間衞生做都很乾凈，洗手盆和馬桶擦洗乾淨，入住放心。最重要的是價格非常實惠，性價比超高，非常值得推薦。細節做得很到位！房間雖然不算特別大，但佈局合理，衞生做得非常細緻，連插座都擦得很乾凈。環境安靜，空調噪音小，睡眠質量很好

前台小姐姐的服務態度超級無敵好！酒店大堂乾淨寬敞明亮，前台有免費的茶飲，服務好的沒話説，不僅熱情，而且效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住得很滿意！強烈推薦。感謝酒店工作人員對我的貼心服務
