房間很不錯，升到了行政樓層，感覺更不錯了。酒店奉行環保理念，用上了凈水設備，有不少老外入住，早餐還照顧到了敏感人羣，超前。

行程前有電話詢問大致到達時間，國慶長假期間14點多到達基本可以不用等待入住，有小插曲但問題不大，客户經理很客氣。硬件維護的不錯，早餐和泳池也都符合這個價位該有的水準。希望保持～

房間乾淨寬敞，29層景觀也很好，前台YOYO服務態度非常好，有問必答，酒店工作人員看見客人都會打招呼，非常熱情，值班經理在入住期間也會打電話詢問入住情況是否需要幫助等，地下停車場停車也很方便，整體體驗非常不錯！

酒店位置不錯，周圍吃飯，逛景點都不遠。房間乾淨整潔，泳池雖然不大，但也夠孩子放電了。唯一不足是早餐的水果品種太少。

國慶來周邊逛逛，選了平湖鉑爾曼，整體還不錯，房間很大，衞浴乾濕分離。位置很好找，離平湖有名的福檸茶肆很近！酒店泳池很乾凈，但是衹有一個標準池，進泳池必須佩戴泳帽。早餐品種不算多，味道還行，國慶人流太大服務有點跟不上。
