房間的實際情況與圖片一致，令人驚喜的是有智能馬桶和窗簾，深秋的傍晚坐在院子裏吃美食很愜意，不覺得冷，很適合一家三口入住，我們這次是一家三口帶一衹貓咪出行，雖然商家是不提供寵物用品的，但附近有一家寵物店，到時可以添置用品，還是挺方便的。另外前台小姐姐很貼心，由於我們帶貓咪出行，不便服務員每天打掃，所以都會通過微信詢問是否需要添或換生活用品，很贊。不足之處是，由於庭院房是位於一樓的，會有一些小蟲子，不過我家貓咪都一一處理了。總體來説是不錯的，值得推薦！

看着環境預訂了此民宿，其實在小鎮上這個價格，對於這個時間，這個地段，民宿來説已經是比較奢華了，期待着美好的心情與家人一起想着天氣晴朗附近周邊遊玩下，沒想到令人有點失望。
周邊：沒有任何遊玩景點，以為老街會很熱鬧，沒想到就是一條河，一邊都是破舊的老房子，一邊有些村民樓，有些小商鋪，但是沒有人氣看着都是關着門的，沒啥飯店，沒啥有特色的餐廳。
民宿：看着外觀環境還是不錯的，蠻雅緻，服務小姐姐也很熱情，帶了我們去了我們之前預訂的親子庭院房。房間很大，但是裏面的佈局沒有親切感和私密性：衞生間在房間裏，沒有門，用簾子拉起來，所以説上洗手間很不雅觀，浴室：沒有地方放衣物和毛巾，必須洗好出門才能拿浴巾和衣服，很不雅觀，親子房兩個床，不錯，但是之間沒有隔板或者簾子，很不雅觀，所以這個讓客人不是很滿意。
誠信：我在平台定的親子房，民宿盡然用特價房處理，比我平台定的還便宜，溝通回覆説是之前做的促銷沒有下架，怎麼可能，牌子每天拿進拿出，會不知道嘛？這個回覆明顯是欺騙。
所以總體來説很失望，不理想，以後不可能再去住了。

預訂這家民宿主要是因為花築系列，價格實惠，還能帶寵物，結果貢獻了我的第一次差評；
優點：
1.前台服務，很熱情非常好，尤其是那位小哥，解決問題很迅速，點贊；
2.早餐餐廳，2個阿姨很親切，而且都是手工做的，點贊；
差評點：自在兩室家庭房給的是一間雙標，一間大床（因為消防原因並不聯通），雙標還算正常
嚴重吐槽這間大床！住過這麼多酒店、民宿 ，隔音欠缺等問題都能理解，但是浴室和洗手間全部開放式第一次見，我們帶的男寶寶，洗澡非常不便 ！
無法忍受的還有這個無格擋的洗手間，馬桶應該是虹吸式，大半夜衹要一人上個廁所，睡眠淺的基本就大家一塊醒了！反正我這次是娃都醒了，當媽的都懂！！晚上廁所都不敢上，就怕再吵醒他，綜合以上給出差評。

這酒店真的絕絕子！😍一進房間就感覺超清爽，乾淨整潔得沒話説，床品軟乎乎的。設施也全乎，該有的都有。服務人員那叫一個熱情周到，有啥需求立馬解決。早餐更是豐富到離譜，各種美食吃到撐。關鍵是性價比超高，這錢花得太值啦，下次還來！

説一下這個名民宿很不錯，房間衞生，設計得也很好，拉開窗簾有水鄉的景緻，早餐雖然簡單，但是乾淨夠吃。就是我這個攜程金鑽貴賓權益沒有達到，沒有歡迎水果，無法提前入住（兩點後才拿到房卡），也沒有給我升級房型（明明當晚民宿很空，沒什麼人入住），這個金鑽貴賓權益形同虛設。
