這家維也納酒店真是太棒了，不論是前台還是客房服務員，服務很好，遇到我們都會積極熱情打招呼，前台還貼心送了一個盲盒給我們開。房間床墊很舒服，枕頭也是非常喜歡，第二天就聯繫酒店買一個打包帶回家，哈哈哈哈。酒店旁邊還有很多夜宵燒烤，非常不錯。

真的給了我家一般的温暖與舒適。剛到酒店辦理入住，前台小姐姐專業且耐心，詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施與周邊遊玩攻略，酒店前台還有各種免費旅行用品贈送，非常貼心。房間裏還有超級多的鏡子，對於愛美人士來説，簡直就是天堂！

作為一個潔癖人士，每次出去旅遊我都特別注重房間乾淨衞生，這家的維也納酒店衞生做的很到位，邊邊角角也打掃的很乾凈，前台還有免費的一次性用品提供，特別是消毒濕巾，馬桶坐墊。

因路過，來平果市住了三次，一次李家河大酒店，二次城市快捷酒店，三次維也納酒店。三次都覺不錯，但若真正相比起來，維也納要更勝一籌。
設施：高貴典雅，舒適温馨，停車場就在門口，免費寬敞，房間寬敞，乾淨整潔看上去很新氣很清爽，房間內配備的桌椅沙發行李平台很齊全都極為客人着想 ，用起來很方便很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離熱水充足，酒店門口也有很多小吃攤和一家小餐館。服務也很周到，總之很不錯。
