When we arrived at the hotel, the ladies at the front desk came out immediately to help us with the luggage and delivered it to our room. They were always smiling and served us, which made us feel very friendly. Let me say more
The environment and the room are very good, very big and clean. There are fruits on the table. The stay experience is very good and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel as a whole is also very artistic. The garden, the bridge and the pavilion are all very beautiful. In short, I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk clerk enthusiastically recommended some restaurants nearby and even drew a hand-drawn map for me. As a result, I was a bit busy at lunch time. To my surprise, the front desk manager Jiang Jiang knocked on my door and brought me food. He told me that it was made by their restaurant and I could eat it without worry. This move warmed my heart. I have been traveling for so long and have never encountered such hotel service. It is really great.
