位置明顯好找，有自己的停車場。房間乾淨整潔，通風好 ，設備到位價格實惠，性價比高 服務熱情周到，手機沒電了，打個電話給前台要充電器，機器人馬上就給送到房間了。這家酒店值得推薦！

多次入住了，不符合所謂“海納百川”的名號，老闆很摳，房間裏擺的東西都是另外收費的，前台有兩個接待很沒禮貌，嘴尖酸刻薄，智商也不高。衞生間沒有打掃乾淨，有別人留下的彎彎的毛，還有大鼻屎抹在牆上都幹了。關鍵這次是冬天入住，竟然把那麼大的地下車庫關了，車不讓停進去，理由是怕水管凍裂有冰把人滑倒，簡直侮辱客人智商，地下車庫再怎樣也有零上幾度，是老闆怕車把雪帶進去，不想打掃，所以不讓客人用，太摳了。

挺棒的酒店，地處平度市內，周邊有好多餐飲，還有海悦購物中心，門口有3路公交車，出行方便，酒店前台服務熱情，房間空間很大，市內很安靜，是休假好去處。

房間沒有冰櫃 感覺被子和浴巾枕頭不乾淨 晚上睡覺的時候感覺有小蟲子在身上爬 但是性價比在這邊還算可以的。

房間差強人意，服務人員服務貼心。因為我寫論文的原因，與酒店市場部劉總監進行一場座談，劉總監很細心的解答我的疑惑和問題，在此在次感謝。
因為時間問題未與其他工作人員接觸，但是我想一位二線領導對一位普通顧客如此，相比一線服務人員服務會更棒。
下次有機會還會入住。
