We were stuck in the hotel elevator for more than 30 minutes. The hotel did not compensate us! While we were trapped, the rescue facilities were unavailable. We asked our colleagues to call the front desk to rescue us, because there was no intercom phone in the elevator, and there was no front desk phone number. There was no network signal on our mobile phones, so we could only make phone calls. The hotel staff finally rescued us. He actually contacted me on his mobile phone, but no one responded to the elevator call for help! ! ! ! ! I pressed the button and no one answered for more than 20 minutes! ! ! 進了酒店以後，酒店工作人員很熱情，服務態度十分周到，尤其是服務管家 Amy女士，在我入住和退房時都主動幫我拉行李，到房間後屋內很整潔，所有用品齊全，衞生打掃的很乾凈，這是我第一次來平頂山，我想如果日後有機會還來的話我一定還會選擇金沙灣大酒店入住
