The service attitude of the front desk was extremely poor. If it wasn't for the late night, I would have wanted to change hotels at that time.

1. I asked for the first and last rooms, but they still arranged the last room
2. The room is not soundproof, I can hear the TV next door
3. I checked in at 4pm, but the room was not cleaned yet
4. I refunded 96 out of 100 deposit. I don't know where the rest of the money went (I saw the green tea inside was marked 4 yuan, if that's the case, you should have informed me in advance)

The room was average. I booked a room without window which felt a bit damp. There was no odor in the room. It was a standard hotel with high cost performance. There was also breakfast, which was great.

The hotel room is new and clean, the mattress is soft and comfortable to sleep, and it is convenient to eat around. Zhoukou Science and Technology Museum and Zhoukou Park are across the road. The environment is good.
