當真是縣委招待所，位於縣委大院內，緊鄰人大宿舍。特點是寬敞、安靜，公家的買賣。沒有早飯，但是有很大的餐廳，可能因為客人少，連電梯也沒開。

前台阿姨服務熱情，房間寬敞，不開空調也不熱，房間很安靜，床也挺舒服，飯店飯量足，味道好，非常實惠!就在評梅廣場跟前兒，超級滿意的一次體驗!
