Is the service really average, or is it just the way the people here talk? Especially when we first arrived, there were so many people, but only one front desk was busy. There were obviously two computers with a large group of people surrounding them, waiting in line, and the other computer was just used as a decoration? The front office needs to be well trained. Just because the place is small doesn’t mean it doesn’t need quality service.
