My husband and I stayed at this property on April 12, 2022. This was not our first stay here. During this stay and the prior stay, we arrived at the hotel and stood at the desk for a very long time. We had to walk around searching for someone to check us in. There was no one there to monitor the entrance. When I asked the General Manager, Jafad Mwamburi about it he responded by saying it is difficult to find people to work and that the clerk was probably tending to something else. Anyone could have walked into that hotel unnoticed and made their way around to whatever they pleased while there. The next morning we found that our vehicle had been broken into and a window in our vehicle was smashed. We had various items stolen. We filed a police report. The front desk clerk took detailed information from us as if they were going to file an insurance claim through the hotel. That was never done. In my opinion, it was an attempt to keep us outdoors so other guests at breakfast would not hear about our experience. I was told by a hotel employee that the general manager wasn’t around. I read another review here where the guest also got the general manager not available spiel. She had her vehicle broken into as well. A few days after we departed a female employee called me. She relayed that they were sorry and they understood the situation. She told me this has happened before at this property. They were offering to put 60,000 points into our account. I was not interested in their points. The morning we departed we noticed a “dummy” police car parked in front. Obviously, that didn’t work too well as a deterrent for their ongoing problem. I was told by Mike Miller in franchise management that he's aware of the car. He paid for it. In my opinion, if it's that bad of a problem you need to warn guests and hire security. I made many phone calls to inquire about the insurance claim. I was constantly getting shuffled around and ignored. Their way of handling this was to delay and deflect. It appears to me that they don’t take guest safety and security seriously. Even if you don’t have items stolen, you don’t want your window broken and glove box rifled through. It was very difficult to find someone to replace the glass the same day. We had an insurance deductible for the window and felt violated. We were delayed many hours. My insurance company is now on them to file a claim. I have received reimbursement for my items through my homeowner’s insurance company. I am writing this review so that guests can make an informed decision as to whether or not they want to sacrifice their potential safety to save a few bucks booking this property. There is a reason why this franchise property is cheaper than others. If you read the responses from the General Manager on other complaints here, you will read a sympathetic and apologetic comment. That is not the response you get when dealing with him and other franchise management as a crime victim at their prop

We found this hotel very nice with reasonable rates. Bob P at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, thanking us for using our Marriott/Bonvoy membership more than once. We even got a little treat box. We had a king room with couch, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mostly grab and go, but there was also a waffle maker. The fruit was not the freshest. The premade egg and sausage patties were convenient for making a biscuit sandwich. We would stay here again.
Quality Suites Pineville - Charlotte

As I've done often in the past, I decided to take a short three day/two night staycation at the Quality Suites in Pineville. I've been here a number of times, and never had any major issues (and the minor issues I've had have been almost all internet-related.) This time I stayed in unit 202. As I've come to expect, everything in my suite was clean and in good working order. No surprises there. In the past, I've complained about the internet service. It was better for this stay. It still kicked me off and forced me to re-authenticate, but it happened far less frequently than during previous stays here. Breakfast however, offered fewer selections than in the past. I've gotten used to enjoying seasoned home fries here in the past - no such luck this time, just the typical spread of sausage, eggs, waffle maker, and cold items. Service was friendly and efficient. For well over a decade, this Quality Suites has always provided me with clean, comfortable, and well furnished suites at a reasonable price, and as long as they continue to do so, I will continue to stop in and visit.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a Best Western. Think it was the Plus added on to name. Quiet, clean, everything functional. Had a microwave, and fridge with a small freezer! Just outside of town to be away from congestion, but not too far. Wish there was more of these Best Western Plus around. Enjoyed our one night stay.
Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Pineville

A really nice overnight stay! We only needed a night stay over on the way to Charleston. It was a great price and really comfortable. The ac was a little loud and turned on and off more than it really should have but that was the only thing wrong. Everyone was friendly helpful and gracious.
