Pretty average place for its lovely location. It could be so much more. I thought it was going to be similar to other places we have stayed in Italy, especially as it was my husband’s birthday. So many things they could work on to make it better. Make you feel welcomed, no matter what time you arrive. We arrived about 9pm and the key was nearly thrown at me! I was told what time breakfast was and dinner if we wanted it along with the room was on the first floor. On an environmental impact, get a soap and shower gel dispensers. Also it was very welcoming having a fridge, but it might as well be binned as too old! Anything needed to be in there overnight to get cold! It’s wasting more energy and probably costing lots! The room wasn’t clean enough! A mark on the bed spread, cobwebs from the ceiling and dust on the metal head board which I cleaned. However the bathroom was clean and towels were good. The balcony was great, a place to chill with chairs. The swimming pool looked great and clean, but we didn’t get chance to use. We wanted an early morning swim but they were cleaning it. The breakfast was the usual average you would expect. But please get your employees to smile! Overall lots for you to work on

This place was close to the autostada and easy to find. Their restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived ( which we already knew ) but as we only arrived about 8.30pm, the owner very kindly gave us delicious antipasti and wine. The room was spotless and as the weather was a little chilly, they had put the heating on for us. The breakfast was excellent and the owner couldn't have been more friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked in again on our return journey and chose a room with a terrace, which was fab! Would love to go back sometime, in season for a few days, to take advantage of the restaurant and beautiful pool. Fabulous!

Buona location nel verde a pochi km dalla pineta e dal mare di Pineto. La struttura a gestione familiare è ben tenuta con piscina , ristorante ed ampio parcheggio interno. Le stanze sono ampie e complete di tutto, peccato che i termosifoni non siano attivati ed i condizionatori non riescano a soddisfare il riscaldamento di ambienti piuttosto ampi! Bagni piccoli senza bidet ( sostituiti da una doccia piuttosto scomoda per l’occorrenza !) ma con finestra; trovati insetti morti nel bagno vista la campagna circostante … che certamente non costituisce una valida giustificazione . Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Costi contenuti

Ottima location immersa nel verde.. Posto tranquillo in collina con vista panoramica Bella piscina (purtroppo non utilizzata) Per brutto tempo... Colazione buona a bordo piscina... Unica nota negativa.. La cena.. Proprio no direi forse perché i gestori sono stranieri..

Location curata e molto pulita, ottima posizione per girare diverse località nei dintorni. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti a cavallo di capodanno, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Ottima la cucina, abbiamo cenato per tre volte, tutto buonissimo. Sia il proprietario che il personale sono estremamente gentili, attenti al cliente in ogni momento, senza mai essere invadenti. Torneremo sicuramente in estate per godere anche della piscina. Grazie

Struttura molto bella, accogliente, pulito, stanza enorme, colazione buona. Non ho dato più stelle solo xchè io essendo molto freddolosa, riscaldamento con pompa di calore x tutto ambiente non sufficiente, in fatti il bagno un frigorifero. Solo xchè abbiamo soggiornato due notti non ci siamo lamentati. X più giorni non saremmo rimasti. D'estate sicuramente meglio. Poco lontano dalla meravigliosa pineta e dalle comodità del centro di Pineto. Silenzioso, natura e mare un unica cosa. Punto strategico x raggiungere borghi come Atri che vale la pena visitare.

Posto favoloso a 5 min dal centro di Pineto in zona molto tranquilla. Camera pulita e ben attrezzata, prezzi oserei dire bassi per l'ottimo servizio ricevuto: parcheggio gratis, piscina esterna con ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti, colazione inclusa e possibilità di cenare. Titolare super gentile e a**osfera rilassante. Consigliatissimo per tutti i target!
