The food was great. My son and his football teammates stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed every moment. The view of the Alpes was beautiful. We enjoyed the few days in the Italian countryside.

Stayed here with my sister and it was a lovely stay. Room was spacious and clean, and staff is really polite and helpful and the breakfast is varied and had a bit for everyone. We had to extend of one night, and the extension went smoothly as the staff at reception was very helpful I would come back here if I am back in the area as I enjoyed my stay.

We have spent the last week (unplanned) in this hotel due to an unforeseen issue with our travel home from a family holiday in Sestriere. The staff couldn’t have done more to make our time here enjoyable and I would highly recommend a stay if others are considering. The food is exceptional and there are plenty of other good restaurants in the vicinity if you fancy a change. Pinarolo and the surrounding area is also lovely. Special thanks to Sveva and Giada (and all the staff) for going ‘above and beyond’ 😊

Clean hotel, with convenient parking and a beautiful adjacent green area. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star on service since our stay on 1/06 went really badly. Myself, my wife and my two children (7 months and 1 year) had to sleep with broken air conditioning and 32 degrees in the room, a fridge not working and music in the front garden until 11pm. We reported it immediately but no matter how much the technician tried to intervene nothing changed all night. Our room was not changed (I imagine because the hotel was full) but we were not even given a minimum refund or an apology email. I tried to write to the hotel but the response from the management was that for them the solution was adopted when they called the technician, for the fridge they replied that I cannot expect cooling like the refrigerator at home and for the music, on the other hand, I was told was jazz and therefore unlikely to be annoying. Personally I won't go back again. Only for the rudeness and superficiality of how we were treated.

Very nice staff and very clean room. All that's missing are some small details in the room; For example, there is a kettle to make tea but I couldn't use it because I didn't have the right socket. The breakfast isn't something for a four star in short...

Troppo grande per mantenere la struttura "fresca"? Non so... Il personale è anche disponibile e sorridente, ma è tutto l insieme che non regge 4 stelle. Camere e zone comuni non sono sporche sia chiaro, ma sono logore, appaiono stanche... Tanti difetti che si accumulano nel tempo. Insonorizzazione purtroppo non è granché, ma questa è difficile da sistemare: almeno le piccole cose sarebbero belle venissero sistemate. Ristorante buono nel caso non si abbia voglia di prendere la macchina...
