The following persons are my guests and/relatives who shall be under my care: person booked our house and their families/friends, everyone staying with them at a time are fully responsible for any injuries/or death when staying with us. A Toilet is not a Trash Can- Be sure to never place any items in your toilet, even "flushable wipes" as they can block your drain and cause backups in homes and businesses. The property owners have stated in this agreement to us that they cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by guests or any other visitors to the home or swimming pool or for any loss for damage, howsoever caused, to any property brought onto the premises. However we are not always able to control all the components of the facility beyond our control and for which we cannot accept liability.
