Our room wasn’t ready when we got their but the lady at the desk was quick to clean it for us after driving such a long way. Breakfast was basic but allowed us to get something in our belly.

If you like dust, smell of glue, noise… you will be happy. The hotel has a major renovation without any information in advance ! They ont want to continue to make money, without any service. Even the breakfast was with very small quantities and in the work area. And don’t expect any discount, money is more important than service!

We had a wonderful stay at the SpringHill Suites Pinehurst Southern Pines Marriot Hotel. Brittany at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in many seemingly “little” ways that added up to making a guest feel at home and appreciated for choosing this hotel. Our breakfast server prepared the food competently, kept it well stocked, and did so with a smile.

Every time I Come to town I wander to this great hotel. In town for a graduation from Pinehurst high school. Quiet and always clean free water when you enter or leave. Lagurta was the Front desk this Time and always a smile whenever you walked by the front desk. The pool Was great

Spacious suites as expected for a SpringHill Suites. The service was outstanding!! The location is set back from the road so very quiet for a good night’s sleep. The rooms are looking a bit tired with dripping faucets and loose hardware, but overall a nice place to stay in Pinehurst.

The staff are friendly and happy to help with all requests! I was here visiting my parents and can't recommend this hotel enough. I will be back and this will be my number one hotel they are even get renovated next year!!

Not impressed - rooms old, breakfast really awful, staff friendly. Just not a clean nice Marriott - rather stay at a holiday inn express. Certainly not not worth the $160 plus tax! Soaps and towels very basic. Free parking the only upside.close to a longhorn steakhouse for dinner.
