This place is a disaster. Broken elevator! We thought it was crashing...twice. The king bed in room 333 is BROKEN! Box springs on one side of the king bed are actually LAYING ON THE FLOOR! The mattress on that side sinks down about 9” when you lay down! The other side is fine because the box springs are still in place. Housekeeping would see this every time they vacuumed IF THEY VACUUMED. The hotel was dirty. The arrows up and down in the elevator are broken. There were food trays and bags of food outside three rooms in the hallway on third floor the whole time we were there. A door to a room was stuck open 3 inches the whole time we were there. They didn’t serve ANY breakfast whatsoever despite saying they offer a hot breakfast! NONE. Not even an offer of a bagged muffin or banana or ANY breakfast item whatsoever. We’ve been traveling for the past three weeks and staying in hotels. EVERY. SINGLE. HOTEL. offers some type of breakfast. Even giving us a choice, no matter how limited. Not only did this one not offer ANYthing but they also offered no apology. When we drove up there was a bus blocking the entrance so we couldn’t park close to unload luggage. No one ever got on the bus not off the bus, nor was there any luggage IN the bus. It was just parked there blocking everything. At checkout there was no one at the desk. I had to yell out for someone to come check me out. When she finally came she couldn’t print our folio receipt because the printer wasn’t working. Sheesh. Nothing worked here. Including the employees.

The only positive comment I can really make about this place is that the two front desk ladies that I encountered were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms (I was given a second room after I complained about the first one) were disgusting, however! List of disgusting things: extremely musty/moldy smell in the room, some mysterious crusty stuff (possibly some sort of fungus?) all over the front and side of the fridge, dirty toilet, sticky bathroom floor with gross corners and gross edge around the toilet, MOLD growing in multiple places including on the INSIDE of a photo frame because of the wet/gooey/moldy spot on the wall it was hanging on, carpet which appeared not to have been vacuumed in weeks, metal items in the room were rusty, bathroom door hinges were so rusty and broken that the door was hanging crooked so the door would not close (and this was in the ”GOOD” room), some undetermined disgusting smell in the elevator (probably due to whatever had been spilled in there and never cleaned up), and greasy smeared elevator panels. My friend's room had dirty smears all along one of the walls, a dirty bathroom floor just like my room, a plastic bag over the smoke alarm, and he discovered eight dryer sheets shoved in his a/c unit which explained the weird and overpowering flowery smell in his room. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences that I and my friend have ever had!

I was charged twice, the owner argued with me when I told him that I already paid. I arrived during the snow storm at night... with my disabled Son. The owner wouldn't allow us to check in without a cash deposit. I had to find a bank to withdraw cash for the deposit. When we got into the room it was an overwhelming smell of *********. I addressed that with the guy at the front desk whom is the owner. He basically said that in Pine Bluff all the hotels smell like *********. The toilet was stopped up, I called the front desk... the owner said that he left a plunger outside of the laundry room for me to get and plunger it myself. The next day the toilet was stopped up again and the plunger didn't help. I called the front desk again and the owner came with a tool to unstop it. The last day of our stay I realized that the sheets were dirty from a previous guess, when I found a false eyelash at the end of the bed under the blanket. We also found a ball of hair on the floor. When I checked out I asked for proof of my refund for the double bill. And, I asked for my cash refund back ... I was yelled at and told that I had to wait for someone to check the room out... before I could get my refund back. This was a traumatic experience. I couldn't go anywhere else in a snow storm... because, I was double billed... therefore I didn't have enough money to look for another hotel or risk loosing the money I had already spent in this crack, roach infested and filthy hotel. I also called Wyndham the same night and tried to get a refund, so we could leave. I was told that all they could do was take my complaint!

There is a refrigerator in the location, nothing else, no shampoo cups! I wonder if the cleaning staff has forgotten it or not at all? Ask tomorrow. The room is big enough, the sprinkler is small, and there is a parking lot.
