My husband and I stayed one night here and that was enough. Our room was clean and spacious, but when we walked in, the TV was blasting. No batteries in the remote, so he went downstairs and asked for batteries. Tried to use the charger on the lamp on the desk. Didn't work. Wasn't plugged in, but when I plugged it in, the plug didn't work and there were no bulbs in the lamp. Started to make a cup of coffee and there were no packs for regular coffee, only decaf. The bedside lamp had nice gooseneck reading lights attached, but they'd been folded up into the lamp shades and had no bulbs. Breakfast was the worst. There was regular coffee, which my husband drinks, but no decaf. When I tried to serve myself decaf, only water came out. There were no biscuits, but there was sausage and egg and gravy. Just nothing to eat them with or on. The cereal bins were full, but there was no milk. No toast. No bagels. Just empty trays. And this was within a half hour of breakfast starting to be served. Spoke with several construction workers staying here and they said it had been that bad every morning since they'd been here. The person in charge of breakfast was on her phone, on speaker, walking around and having a loud personal conversation, but showed no interested whatsoever in the breakfast issue. Now we're leaving and will be out more money for breakfast that should have been included in our stay. As a long-time Choice Hotels member, I find this extremely disappointing.

The only positive comment I can really make about this place is that the two front desk ladies that I encountered were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms (I was given a second room after I complained about the first one) were disgusting, however! List of disgusting things: extremely musty/moldy smell in the room, some mysterious crusty stuff (possibly some sort of fungus?) all over the front and side of the fridge, dirty toilet, sticky bathroom floor with gross corners and gross edge around the toilet, MOLD growing in multiple places including on the INSIDE of a photo frame because of the wet/gooey/moldy spot on the wall it was hanging on, carpet which appeared not to have been vacuumed in weeks, metal items in the room were rusty, bathroom door hinges were so rusty and broken that the door was hanging crooked so the door would not close (and this was in the ”GOOD” room), some undetermined disgusting smell in the elevator (probably due to whatever had been spilled in there and never cleaned up), and greasy smeared elevator panels. My friend's room had dirty smears all along one of the walls, a dirty bathroom floor just like my room, a plastic bag over the smoke alarm, and he discovered eight dryer sheets shoved in his a/c unit which explained the weird and overpowering flowery smell in his room. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences that I and my friend have ever had!

I was charged twice, the owner argued with me when I told him that I already paid. I arrived during the snow storm at night... with my disabled Son. The owner wouldn't allow us to check in without a cash deposit. I had to find a bank to withdraw cash for the deposit. When we got into the room it was an overwhelming smell of *********. I addressed that with the guy at the front desk whom is the owner. He basically said that in Pine Bluff all the hotels smell like *********. The toilet was stopped up, I called the front desk... the owner said that he left a plunger outside of the laundry room for me to get and plunger it myself. The next day the toilet was stopped up again and the plunger didn't help. I called the front desk again and the owner came with a tool to unstop it. The last day of our stay I realized that the sheets were dirty from a previous guess, when I found a false eyelash at the end of the bed under the blanket. We also found a ball of hair on the floor. When I checked out I asked for proof of my refund for the double bill. And, I asked for my cash refund back ... I was yelled at and told that I had to wait for someone to check the room out... before I could get my refund back. This was a traumatic experience. I couldn't go anywhere else in a snow storm... because, I was double billed... therefore I didn't have enough money to look for another hotel or risk loosing the money I had already spent in this crack, roach infested and filthy hotel. I also called Wyndham the same night and tried to get a refund, so we could leave. I was told that all they could do was take my complaint!
