Expectations were not high so were satisfied with our stay. It is an older roadside Motel. It was clean enough and very simple with old mix of furniture. Some light fixtures were not working but it was okay. The bathroom had been recently upgraded. Good option for reasonable price motel to visit Waterton as only 30 min drive. Did like Pincher Creek a lot - cute town.
