We visited as a family of four in “low season”. Had an ocean view room with one bathroom and pull out bed for the kids. The location is great right on the beachfront with parking. It was a little pricey for low season, so I can’t imagine what the summer must be like . Breakfast delivered to the room was abundant (you check which items you want previously) and tasty so that was a plus. Cleaning every day the same. The kitchenette is very basic so don’t expect to cook anything, but with the microwave and fridge you can reheat food and keep the breakfast mill cold. The indoor pool was very warm, the kids loved it! Recepción was very helpful with direct WhatsApp number they let you know when delivery arrives etc. All in all a great experience/ splurge for 3 days for the kids they loved the beach and pool.

Un hotel para recomendar, estuvimos 3 noches y nos tocaron 2 días hermosos, mucho caminar por la playa y descansar, disfrutamos la pileta cubierta y demás servicios. La atención del personal excelente, la habitación que nos dieron fue superior a la que habíamos contratado, cosa que agradecemos ya que nos dieron con vista al mar. Como era el cumpleaños de mi señora, en el desayuno nos trajeron una torta con una velita, fueron muy amables.

Muy buena opción frente a la playa en Carilo. Excelente atención del personal. Tiene pileta cubierta y spa juegos para chicos. Si duda volvería de nuevo , es la 2 vez que voy. Le falta restaurante. Y el desayuno es en la habitación muy completo.

La ubicación frente al mar excelente, las instalaciones 9 puntos, la atención en la recepción excelente. La temperatura de la piscina EXCELENTE, le faltaría un poquito más de temperatura hambiente al sector de la piscina, el desayuno muy bueno servido en la habitación. El mono ambiente muy amplio .

Excelente desayuno, muy linda vista y la pileta climatizada y el spa espectacular. El cuarto con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso. La atención excelente, volvería sin dudarlo. Se puede ir caminando a la playa ya que está sobre la misma

Mal manteniemiento de la habitación La cortina bblack out descacarada, trabada. Mesa de afuera oxidada y rota Canillas y duchas con sarro pegado y descascarado Un asco El agua para lavarse los dientes imposible del feo sabor El piso levantado y mal mantenido Tuve que pedir varias veces que me agreguen platito para jabón en bacha y ducha y vasito para cepillo dientes Estaba el sostén pero vacio El mueble de vanitory todo despintado y roto De la humedad que tenia ni se podía abrir el cajon Muchas telarañas que salian mismo de las luces de la habitación La estructura del hotel es buena La ubicación tambien El personal amable La pileta es cubierta esta ok Pero no tiene descubierta El servicio de playa esta ok no mucho mas, poco espacio. El playero te cierra todo si queres quedarte más en la playa, te quedas sin silla. No tienen reposera para acostarse solo sillas reclinables El colchon bien La vista muy bien

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado sobre la playa. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y lo peor es que estan muy mal mantenidas. Casi todo el personal era muy atento pero eran pocos . El servicio de playa estuvo bien. El desayuno estaba bien, te lo traen a la habitacion

La atención de la recepcionistas y la satisfacción que brindan a los clientes atendiendo a sus solicitudes es excelente. Habitaciones funcionales y camadas cómodas para el descanso. Las vistas de los balcones al mar completan el abundante desayuno.. Tuvimos una estadía totalmente satisfactoria y sin ningún inconveniente. Es la tercera vez que vamos en un año y lo seguimos eligiendo. Estaba recién pintado.
