COLIVING....MEJOR OLVIDARLO..UN TAL *EDRO MARTINEZ ROMERO, director,ex *olicia, según dice, e hjio de la dueña, (debe ser el unico mérito que tiene *ara estar al frente de un Hotel) es un *ersonaje que mejor no cruzarte con el en la vida Una conversacion con él es de insultos *ara arriba, chillona y des*otica Las rece*cionistas, sin *rofesionalidad, maleducadas y no te resuelven nada

No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient.
Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed

We have a great time in this property. Two bedroom apartment was great stay with the ocean view. Spacious and well equipped with kitchen utensils and a great balcony. Off season stay in December was very quiet as we were looking for.

Do not stay here. The bed is so uncomfortable we cannot sleep. Self catering facilities not good enough no kettle no toaster and just a hob. We had no water at all yesterday and no hot water today should be back at 10pm for maintenance so we have not had a shower or wash in 2 days! Unacceptable! Reception seemed to find it amusing….

The hotel is located beautifully, just beside two amazing and safe beaches. The hotel is in need of some TLC, overall it was ok, we stayed as a family of 4,kids lamented the lack of WIFI but it was welcomed overall! The most frustrating thing was the hotel is advertised with a restaurant and breakfast facilities. There is no food available onsite!! Staff in the main are really nice and the ladies on the front desk are very helpful. While COVID standards are placed in plain site, there is little or no observance. Hand sanitizer is placed around the property, however, most were empty for the 7 days we were onsite, little or no social distancing around the pool and zero enforcement in place. Despite all of these things, we would stay again!

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos y seguro volveremos este verano. Vistas directas al mar desde el apartamento, todo muy cuidado y limpio, zona muy tranquila para poder desconectar. Los trabajadores son muy atentos y amables. Y el hotel esta en primera linea.

Solo puedo dar una valoracion, PESIMO, vacaciones arruinadas por el tal Pedro, Jefe o encargado del hotel, ví como le gritaba a niños y personas mayores. Eso nos tiró para atras, encima no llevaba razon, no logro entender como todavia queda gente así por el muno.

Fuimos a pasar el verano con nuestra familia, el encargado, una persona muy bajita que siempre va con una mochila de Padel, tiene un complejo de inferioridad tremendo y tiene un comportamiento mezquino y agresivo, la limpieza del hotel es inexistente y hay una trabajadora en el bar que trabaja 17 horas diarias, explotación. Denunciaremos.

Acabo de llegar, la piscina cerrada. Empezamos bien. Escusas.... gente desesperada y esperando respuestas. 0 respuestas. Si llegas con media pensión y te dejan entrar a las 4... Que comida vas hacer....??? Respuesta....comida anulada y perdida. . A ver segundo día... Con sin piscina en pleno agosto ....encima estos del hotel se creen que todo es normal y punto. Y Heavy Chicas señor responsable que he pagado un pastizal por 4 días!!!!! Son super agradables😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
