We booked a room with 2 single beds. There is a window. But we got a room, 1 queen without a window and 1 single with a window. When he told the counter, he said orange oyo x there is a room like we requested on trip.com. The sentence is illogical, if not why is the room advertised? Because we were tired, we took the room he gave us. Unfortunately, the room is very creepy, the coin has a dirty spot of water from the toilet upstairs. Peeling paint. The room is very narrow, it is very difficult to pray. The children can't sleep.. I hope the orange hotel management takes care of the quality of the hotel. We pay for a comfortable bedroom, not a store room. Very disappointing.. room 102 and 105

The room is not what I book 😭😭😭 super snow tv 😭 The service is super poor, and there are still many vacant rooms that are not rented out. I booked a double bed and turned it into a single bed for a family of four. There is no kettle in it, no kithe in room quite poor ,
