First time in Pila (and first time skiing for 20 years). Booked this lovely hotel for family holiday and only have good things to say. Staff are very friendly (and work very hard!) and look after you well. We were able to book our ski & boot hire via the hotel and they were ready and waiting for us in the hotel boot room and the skis a 5 min walk away in the hill in the locker. Evenings were delightful starting with lovely snacks served when you bought a pre-dinner drink in the bar and then on to the 4 course dinner (we were on half-board) with different menu every night over the week.

1 week for 3 in a family room. Easy check in, clean room, good temp control system and nice shower room. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice. Evening food was good too - massive portions. We hired skis through the hotel which was easy and good value - all ready for us in the boot room, we also got our lift passes from the hotel - so easy. Locker room near the lifts made life easier…lifts are a 10 (max) min walk from the hotel in ski boots - pretty straight forward. There is a mini market near the lift along with pizzeria ski equipment shop and a gift shop - most handy! Also to note for young children a snow fun park opposite the hotel and sure this would have been used if my children were younger! Bedroom and bathroom was very dark - maybe brighter bulbs needed?! Evening meal time does get very busy - staff are great and manage you well. There is an alternative choice for the kids at night but we were not told about this till 3rd night - so there are options if fussy kids don’t fancy the main menu…- these minor negatives were not an issue - for hotel management feedback only…

We had a fab stay at Hotel La Chance in pila. It’s a modern hotel with a touch of alpine luxury. We went for the half board option and bunch was very reasonably priced. Rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Breakfast was varied and plentiful , 4 course dinner delicious The snacks with drinks at the bar were a real treat. The owners were lovely and nothing too much trouble- they sorted ski hire and ski passes. It’s a short sharp walk up the hill to the first lift (10 mins) There are lots of sofa areas for chilling out in the evening, playing card games etc. Pila is a small but perfectly formed resort. Great for intermediate skiers. Thank you Hotel La Chance!

Excellent hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean. The food is delicious with generous portions. Close to the pistes (7-10 minute walk). Natacia and JP and the team really make an effort to look after you. I have been 4 times and likely to continue to be an annual trip.

Stayed for the last 3/4 seasons on UK Feb half term. Family of 5 staying in one of their suites which is spacious enough for the whole family. The room is warm, clean and welcoming. Close to the main ski lifts (Tip do get lockers at the actual ski lifts). Great food-Breakfast has so much choice, 4 course dinners. Owners and staff are welcoming every year, always felt that any questions/needs were not a problem and they just wanted us to enjoy the stay. This year our child tested positive for Covid. The owner was great, she spoke to the authorities in Italian for us, arranged tests and everything. The team made the quarantining for our child very comfortable and arranged for us to quarantine at La Chance rather than a Covid hotel. We were very thankful to the team.

Hotel molto, molto bello. Stile montano ed elegante. Tutti gli arredi sono studiati nei minimi dettagli e i materiali sono pregiati ( pietra, legno, piastrelle, sanitari). Il prato fuori , con una vista mozzafiato, è il fiore all'occhiello.La Spa è proprio carina e ideale per finire la giornata o trascorrere il tempo se fa brutto. In estate dopo aver fatto sauna e idromassaggio puoi uscire sulle sdraio nel prato antistante e goderti l'ultimo sole. Non ci è piaciuto il fatto che ci hanno dato la camera alle 15. Arrivi con i bagagli al mattino e non puoi rinfrescarti e riposarti. Non ci era mai capitato. Le camere hanno un balcone in comune per cui si può passare davanti alle altre camere, ciò a discapito della privacy . La colazione nella norma. Ho chiesto un po' di cacao sul cappuccino e me l'hanno messo con un cucchiaio raggrumandosi . Cani ammessi, ma è richiesto un supplemento di 25 € per le pulizie, anche x un solo giorno di soggiorno. Nel complesso lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia ad Agosto,tramite uno Smartbox ed è stata una piacevole scoperta .L'hotel si trova a 1800 metri precisamente all'arrivo della Cabinovia a Pila.Hotel accogliente,personale cordiale e disponibile.Graziosa la Spa e gli spazi esterni!!!Camere confortevoli,ottima la cucina variegata e ricercata.Sicuramente da ritornarci!!!!

Un hotel a tre stelle che punta a quattro. Curatissimo nei dettagli, davvero accoglienti ed attenti ad ogni necessità degli ospiti. Le camere sono bellissime con ottima vista, forse i bagni un po’ piccolini. Il ristorante, la sala relax ed il giardino con la sua vista mozzafiato, meritano di essere vissuti appieno. (Unica pecca mancava il bagnoschiuma, forse un errore). Grande tocco di stile invece nel topper e la scelta tra i cuscini sia morbidi che duri. Siete sulla strada giusta per una stella in più.

Ci troviamo qui adesso. Ci torniamo due volte ogni anno, in estate e in inverno. Lo abbiamo trovato per caso, molti anni fa, era appena aperto. Non è come stare a casa propria, ma meglio. Sono tutti gentili, si preoccupano per farti sentire a tuo agio. I proprietari sono come quegli amici di cui ti puoi fidare. Tutti i loro collaboratori sono belle persone che hanno sempre una parola da scambiare con te senza mai essere invadenti. L'hotel è il loro fiore all'occhiello per cui hanno lavorato con impegno e continueranno a farlo. C'è tutto ciò che si vuole per una vacanza breve o lunga, rilassante o dinamica. Dovete provarlo e basta.
