It is the staff at Club Esse that make this place so special. They are incredibly warm, attentive and helpful. Don’t normal join in ‘evening entertainment’ but they created such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that we ended up joining in and laughed lots, alongside the other guests (from toddlers to grandparents). Hotel room was simple, spacious and comfortable. Large buffet breakfast selection and practically ski in and ski out! Excellent value.

It's right in the resort so you can practically ski to the door. It's not the newest but everything was kept very clean. The dinner was a buffet, with a choice of fresh anti pasta, two choices of pasta and two choices of meat for main. Everything was freshly prepared and cooked and I was very happy to eat there each night. The clientele were mostly working class Italian families, compared to equivalent UK families they were very easy to be around. The staff were all friendly and worked hard. I would happily stay again.

Many times when writing a review we limit ourselves to evaluating the services, the food or the room that hosts us. The week spent at Club Esse Pila 2000 made us appreciate again values such as kindness, availability, the familiar air that every hosting place should have. It is true that the structure is overall "not very new", that the rooms need to be redeveloped, that the rooms appear dated. But we guarantee you that soon after all this goes unnoticed. The staff (none excluded) showed availability and courtesy that we had forgotten by now. A care for the guest that is not even found in 5-star hotels now. We left our compliments to everyone. From the manager to the reception, from the kitchen to the dining room, not to mention the entertainment. Expertly conducted, she has always been courteous, professional, friendly and very nice. Wanting to be picky (like the worst reviewers 😅) the quality / price ratio is absolutely balanced. The structure for those who want to spend a skiing holiday is logistically perfect and excellently positioned. The kitchen needs to be slightly improved. In my humble opinion I would reduce the variety to increase the quality. Thank you! Thank you all again for making us feel like family. Values unfortunately that many have forgotten!!!

Vacanza con amici, club piccolo ma accogliente. Ben posizionato per arrivare direttamente alle piste e convenzionato per il noleggio sci,. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Animazione sempre presente e capace di coinvolgere tutti per passare insieme il tempo.

Ho dato 4 stelle perché l'hotel non è purtroppo all'altezza della situazione, unica nota negativa. Invece l'animazione è di gran livello, Guerino, Tiro, e Silvia delle persone eccezionali e dei professionisti. Mangiare di buon livello e hotel vicinissimo alle piste.

Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative che sono state fatte su questo villaggio. La struttura è un pò vecchiotta, è vero, ma quando si va in un hotel in montagna a sciare in camera non si passa poi tantissimo tempo. Noi occupavamo la stanza 203 del nucleo centrale, comodissima e molto spaziosa. Una sera abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con lo scarico del wc, risolto in tempi record, che spesso neanche in un 4* !!. Un grazie sentito ai ragazzi dell'animazione, Guarino, Silvia, Tiro ,Elisa e alle ragazze della reception ( Katia e anche l'altra ragazza di cui non ricordo il nome). Ristorante eccellente, varietà di piatti a cena ( 2 primi, 2 secondi, due contorni che variavano tutte le sere) e un buffet di antipasti per tutti i gusti. Grazie anche ai camerieri, gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! L'ultimo giorno ho fatto una passeggiata sui sentieri con il mitico Guarino, il capovillaggio, un ragazzo disponibile e sempre allegro. Grazie, grazie di tutto, io mio marito e mia figlia abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile! Ci rivedremo, promesso! Barbara

Esperienza bellissima, KATIA e il suo staff ci hanno accolto come se fossimo in famiglia. Siamo arrivati di sera tardi e ci hanno fatto trovare la cena pronta nonostante il fuori orario. Ci sono sempre venuti incontro per le richieste extra e soprattutto l’hotel è accanto agli impianti. Complimenti!
