We stayed one night and occupied three rooms. The sheets were very stained. The general cleanliness is not their strong point but it is ACCEPTABLE. The pool area and common areas are tastefully decorated and very nice but totally tarnished by the service they provide. The waiters take suggested tips of over 10% which seems to me to be something that is well known throughout the environment in which the service is provided. It is NOT CORRECT. There was no spinach, there was no whole wheat bread and so on, among other things. When we left the room, which had already been paid for when we arrived, the people at the reception kept track of the towels they LEAVE IN THE BATHROOM OF THE ROOM (not just the ones they return corresponding to the pool area) as well as the glasses they leave you to drink water. , and after counting the money they let you go, which was in very bad taste. It is a shame that the place is so beautiful on its own and they do not provide a service that complements everything else, and in accordance with what is paid.
