3-Star Hotels in Pigeon Forge

When we first arrived to check in they were not nice and told us trip.com canceled our booking. I could hear her in the back talking to her manager about the fact we were locals and they didn't want to rent to us. I knew from the begining they were lying about trip.com canceling us. Once I contacted trip.com they called the hotel and told them they did not cancel. Trip.com was wonderful in helping. As for the rest of the hotel it was perfect.

Great place nice grab and go breakfast even during pandemic. Only thing missing was hot tub but had a lovely stay.

They are located in the heart of pigeon forge. Super close to everything! Walking distance to a lot! The rooms were good, we don’t spend much time in the room while on vacation. They are putting in a lot of work to make your experience even better in future visit! The staff was so nice and friendly. Over all we will be back can’t wait to see the improvements they are making!

We love staying at this hotel ! It has the friendliest staff and so clean and well kept .they have an indoor ,hot tub and pool and outside pool with fireplace..It's so close to stores ,restaurants that you can just walk most places ..We met the friendliest families staying and this trip was amazing..Will stay again every time
