The front desk staff did not explain entrances, elevators, time of breakfast, time of pool closures and openings until asked.
The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy.
The outdoor door keypad leading to the hot tub was not working so we had to walk in the freezing cold wet around the hotel to another door.
The pool inside was freezing. If it was heated it was not heated enough for February’s cold weather.
We love Hiltons but this was not a usual experience.
