Margaritaville Hotel is clean, safe, convenient, and comfortable. Had excellent experience with staff. Highly encourage river view if you need a dark room to sleep. The lights from storefront signage keeps village view rooms too bright at night. Staff was also helpful with obtaining the Tesla Destination Charger in the valet lot.

Clean property. Only had 2 issues 1 they didn't clean on 1 of the days and 2 I wanted to look over the fountain area and I got a room that looked at another room. Not a great view.

Great place for kids
Customer service was great; staff was very friendly. Definitely a lot of options for play, shopping and eating. Lots of activities to keep your kids attention.

I book a resort view and margarita put me in the back of the hotel because they don’t have a resort view. You may think what’s wrong with that. Well a lot!! Instead of looking at the goings on of the resort I went on my balcony a viewed a tree but I could hear a river. Point is it was a case of false advertising and I should be refunded

Love that the resort is close the shops and arcade game for family fun. The resort was very welcoming and helpful us, the room was beautiful with amazing shower. Will be going here again.

Hotel was great, you can to anything in the islands. One thing that wasn’t that good was the beds, no very comfortable wife and I had to sleep in separate beds, sleep corner to corner the be able to sleep, other than that the room was great especially the rain shower in the bathroom
