This was the 3rd time we've stayed here. We moved to Tennessee from Palm Springs, Ca. When we found out that this hotel was inspired by Palm Springs, we had to book it, we love this place, our stay was fantastic, food was wonderful, and the drinks were terrific. The only thing that would make it more amazing would be if it was an adult only destination.

No microwave, no clock of any sort and at check out I wasn't asked if I had a good stay. Won't go back.

My key will not get me in the pool. I got two free drink tickets that were expired. The desk clerk told me my room was on the other side of the property. After moving my vehicle I realized my room was straight above where I originally parked. I had a nice drive arpund the parking lot. Still have no pool access

This is absolutely a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the torture chair and no foot stool. The chair was put in for appearance not comfort. Wood arms with no padding and no back support even with pillows behind you. Other than that everything was great.

Must stay again. Loved the atmosphere and people here. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Elvis was a nice unexpected touch to our stay as well. The carnitas at the restaurant are fantastic!!

Great place!
The manager was really accommodating. We only stayed one night but the room was comfortable and well equipped.
Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the pool and hot tub. It looked gorgeous and water was warm for a chilly day.
Perfect location in pigeon Forge, walking distance to alot.

Rooms were clean and updated. Parking lot is small and not laid out very well. One day of our stay came back to room and house keeping did not make sure the door was shut ( door did not latch and was left ajar.)

Pool area, hot tub needs major improvement. With no carry in of food or beverages a soda cost like 5.00 a glass mix drinks are outrageous. No place to sit after they kick you out of the pool area at 10 p.m.
