Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort

This was a great hotel. I hope it stays this way after the newness wears off. Food great. Drinks great. Outdoor pool needs more seats with shade. But BIG pool WITH swim up bar was awesome. Only thing is it is next to baseball fields. Lots and lots of kids. I wish The hotel would make happy hour 5-7 adults only. Just 2 hours of no kids. Because parents are taking kids up there and not watching them properly. But overall 5 stars.

The Embassy Suites in Pigeon Forge, a nearly new hotel close to Dollywood, is visually striking but marred by a few issues. The swim-up bar has no menu, which is unexpected, and lunch options are limited to unappealing cold sandwiches from a cooler. More aggravating is the loud, obscure B-side music by unknown artists blaring in the outdoor areas, particularly on the 7th floor. At 5 a.m., I stepped outside hoping to enjoy a serene sunrise with mountain views, but the noise pollution ruined the moment. Complaining to the manager changed nothing. Worst of all, a fire alarm forced me out of bed in the middle of the night, requiring me to get dressed and evacuate the hotel—only for it to be a false alarm. A hotel has one chance to make an impression.

Beautiful brand new hotel in a great location and my first time to the area. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The gym/fitness center was a great size with several weight machines, cardio equipment, and free weights. The pool was huge with plenty of lounge chairs. The pool water was definitely not heated, it was ice cold! Luckily it was 90+ degrees outside otherwise we would have never gotten in the water. The evening reception was decent! David (I really hope I remembered his name correctly!) was an amazing bartender who even knew what we were ordered the night before and had it waiting for us. Also, a huge thank you for him giving us all the details on the Knoxville / East TN area as we are in the process of deciding to move here for a new job opportunity. Talk about exceptional customer service, awareness, and hospitality! The morning breakfast was excellent with great service and selection. Better than I expected. However it was super crowded, only 2 of the elevators worked the entire stay so waits were long, and they need to relocate the coffee machines to a less congested corner of the room. Overall, highly recommend and definitely would come back!

Very great experience! The location is great and staff is super nice! David, Scotty, and MacGuire are fantastic upstairs, best service I have gotten at a hotel!

Excellent rooms with great amenities with the 7th floor bar and restaurant/entertainment area has the best mountain views in town. The outdoor pool and pool bar area are a great place to relax after a morning hike.

The 7th floor MADE the trip! So many fun things to do with the family :) and the view is incredible!! The outdoor pool area with games was also a family favorite!
