We loved this place. The view is stunning and the rooms are lovely. The pool was great, larger than expected and we had it to ourselves when we visited. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast room had lots of character. It was very peaceful and quiet at night and we slept like logs. Loved the super friendly dogs too. We would definitely stay here again.

Stupenda esperienza, siamo sti solo 1 notte, peccato, ma è un posto incantevole dove staresti giorni e giorni.......un applauso alla signora proprietaria, davvero disponibile e molto carina, la villa è proprio di altri tempi, curata nei minimi particolari...........stupenda la piscina nel parco (peccato esserci stati poco causa maltempo) con vista sulle Alpi Apuane, ed ottima la colazione a buffet (con dolce e salato) servita in sale bellissime.......la nostra camera era un pò piccola ma d'altra parte abbiamo scelto noi quella "economy", comunque c'era tutto il necessario ed andava bene così.........il posto è molto romantico ed è consigliatissimo soprattutto alle coppie !

La villa è molto bella e lo stile retrò affascinante. Le proprietarie sono state gentili e premurose. Tuttavia: - la pulizia della camera lasciava molto a desiderare (ragni e ragnatele ovunque e dietro il wc una cimice morta rimasta lìper entrambi i giorni del nostro soggiorno). - infissi scrostati e quello della camera privo di zanzariera per cui o si apriva la finestra e si veniva assaltati dalle zanzare o si decideva di non cambiare aria alla stanza. - colazione abbondante ma prodotti di scarsissima qualità. Insomma nel rapporto qualità-prezzo il giudizio non è positivo. 3 stelle invece di 2 solo per l'accoglienza, altrimenti la spesa non vale il trattamento.

La location è molto bella, sulla collina sopra al paese. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza assegnata accogliente. PRO Posto molto bello. Piscina (estiva). Tranquillo, si sentono tanti uccellini cantare. La colazione è molto abbondante, con ampia scelta sia di salato che di dolce. Personale molto disponibile e simpatico. Prese di corrente moderne, con 10 e 16 ampere (no Schuko) CONTRO La nostra stanza non disponeva di un armadio, ma solo di un appendiabiti (forse non ci stava nello spazio a disposizione) NOTE Come sempre consiglio di portare un adattatore triplo, visto che al giorno d'oggi abbiamo tutti una quantità di dispositivi elettronici al seguito. Se possibile, deve essere da 10 A senza presa di terra perché negli alberghi più datati non ci sono prese degne di questo nome. QUI SONO PERFETTE. Per chi dovesse arrivare da nord, Google Maps consiglia di uscire a Massa e prendere Via dei colli verso il Passo della Fioba. NON FATELO, la strada è interrotta al colle. Bisogna scendere fino a Lucca e poi risalire la Valle del Serchio.

Splendida villa fine '800, finemente arredata. Incantevole posizione, silenziosa, con panorama mozzafiato. Personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione a buffet, varia e abbondante, per tutti i gusti. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Consigliato!

Bellissimo soggiorno trascorso nel cuore della Garfagnana. Le Signore che ci hanno accolte sono state gentili, attente e scrupolose. La colazione è stata ottima ricca di cibo salato e dolce di ottima qualità. Dalla Villa si può ammirare lo splendore delle Apuane. Lo cconsiglio vivamente.

Bellissimo posto, retrò, immerso nel verde, nel cuore della Garfagnana. Villa antica, ristrutturata benissimo. Offre una piacevole posizione con una bellissima vista. Ben tenuta, molto pulita, con varie sistemazioni a seconda delle esigenze. Camere standard più o meno lussuose, piccoli appartamenti con giardino privato. Bella piscina e ottima colazione. Sovrano è il gusto romantico e borghese di questi signori nell’ arredamento e nella ricerca dei piccoli oggetti. Lo consiglio vivamente.
