Wonderful hotel, family-run and old-style charm and class. Very close to the seaside (crossing the street). Free parking next to the hotel. Great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here very much indeed. The origins of this hotel date back to before 1920.

La vera Versilia si sta trasferendo proprio qui. L' albergo ricorda il Forte di un tempo. Prezzo ragionevole, camere curate e pulitissime, buona cucina e soprattutto un' accoglienza straordinaria. Tutto questo fronte mare ma lontano dalla confusione. Da tornarci anche fuori stagione.

Rappresenta la media dei 3* decadenti in Versilia, tristezza a caro prezzo con colazione appena sufficiente. Odore di fumo nei corridoi e camera con chiazze di umidità. Mi fermerei perché c'è gente che ci lavora.

Ho soggiornato per 1 notte in questo hotel a conduzione familiare. Si tratta di una vecchia villa sul lungomare a fianco del Fiumetto che esce dal parco della Versiliana che sta proprio dietro. Bella la hall con tanti comodi divani e il dehors estivo dove si può fare colazione. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era piuttosto piccola e il letto matrimoniale lo era altrettanto. Vista mare e Fiumetto. Il frigorifero non funzionava nonostante il proprietario si sia prodigato per farlo ripartire. Per contro ci è stata offerta la colazione ottima per il dolce con tante proposte. Parcheggio gratuito con posti al coperto. Personale gentile e gioviale. Prezzo un po alto per la camera assegnata e per il periodo di bassa stagione.

Siamo stati sei giorni in questo hotel ad agosto a mezza pensione. La camera con vista mare non era molto grande e, non avendo il balcone, non potevamo stendere costumi o asciugamani. La colazione era molto ricca, c'era sia il salato che il dolce ad esempio varie brioches, torte, crepes alla nutella. Anche la cena era molto buona, potevamo scegliere tra quattro primi e quattro secondi, di cui due di pesce. Insomma, all'hotel Coluccini siamo stati molto bene e abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

Ottima posizione di fronte alla spiaggia e vicina al parco della Versiliana. Impeccabile la pulizia delle camere confortevoli e ampie. la gentilezza e l’accoglienza sono uniche. Colazione ottima e con scelta variegata. Buonissima la cucina in mezza pensione. Da tornarci!

La qualità è molto peggiorata. Niente cestino in camera, quello del bagno non viene svuotato. Molto sporco, wifi scarso. Non tornerò più. Attenzione ai dettagli uguale a zero. Sembra quasi che dei clienti non gliene frega più niente. Sarà perché la stagione sta finendo. Canali tv non si vedono.

Un pernotto business, hotel vicinissimo al mare, parcheggio comodo, reception accogliente come del resto il personale. Camere da rivedere, un po’ vecchie da ristrutturare, colazione sufficiente, salato un po’ scarso. Sincerante una lunga vacanza la escluderei.
