Good -the pool is nice but overcrowded. Bad - Way overpriced for what you get. Far from beach and restaurants. Charged extra for airconditioning. Charges extra for parking. Very scant on cleaning supplies or basic essntials and equipment. Utnesils and cooking pots were aluminium. Beds and pillows were like concrete, very worn, like something left over from the cold war. Proprietor asks for $150 Euro cash up front. Dodgy! Reported a broken cup when it happened and they acted like it was a rare antique instead of the nasty cheap cup it was. Conditions are listed after you book. Very poor value for money. If we could have cancelled we would have and gone elsewhere.

Great place to stay in Pietra Ligure. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the views from our balcony were great. The owner was super helpful and maintained excellent communication during (and before) our stay. Would strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful family holiday here; the apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a simple but well equipped kitchen area. Our balcony was large with plenty of room to eat outdoors and a lovely view stretching up the hill and to the mountains beyond. The swimming pools are a real bonus; one is small but very relaxing- the other is a good size for families to swim and play in. Marieangela and Pierre Luigi go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, giving a really personal feel to your stay. The walk down to public beaches takes about quarter of an hour in one direction, slightly longer to the main one in central Pietra Ligure. It’s worth-while turning right uphill out of the apartments and finding the little steps down to the town rather than heading down the road way to the centre of town. Don’t be put off by the neglected looking government buildings down near the station; the rest of Pietra Ligure was a good base for a family holiday with plenty of places to eat, a good free beach and friendly people. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 5 day break. Marieangela and her husband were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival we were offered a bigger apartment, which was immaculate and appropriately equipped for the number of guests. Parking was provided on site free of charge which was an added bonus for us as we had a large van. There was also a secure area for my husband’s bike. The walk to and from the beach wasn’t as bad as I was expecting after reading previous reviews. There is a Lidl within a few minutes from the apartment. Having access to 2 swimming pools was a bonus. Plenty of seats around the pool. We bought breakfast every morning as the pastries & breads were delicious and were made on site each morning. The resort is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, a great break and I can thoroughly recommend this residence. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

We stayed for 5 nights in the superior studio, which was nice because of our dog, who joined us. The studio has A small terrace overlooking - in the distance - the sea. The studio was good, but a bit simple equipped. The airco worked well, but you have to pay for it. The Bread service was nice! There are to swimmingpools. One for kids and one relax pool. The last one is nice but the sun terrace is A bit small. Parking is A bit of A problem. For every appartment there is a parking place, but is it really tight when you have a Bigger Car… The owners are friendly and helpful! A little minus is the check-out procedure. In advance you have to make an appointment for checking out, between 7 am and 9 am. We had it at 8:45am, but after 9:15am one of the owners came by and checked our studio. After that we could pay. With a delay of one our we could leave.

Tis een beetje gedateerd. Ligt wel een stukje van de kust maar met 10 min lopen. ben je aanhet strand. De zwembaden zijn prima en netjes. De gastvrouw hartelijk en je kunt broodjes bestellen voor in de morgen. Al is de Lidl vlak bij waar ook alles is. Dorpje Pietra Ligure is fantastisch en de stranden maken het af. Wel waem zeker als je de airco moet bijbetalen.

Vielen Dank für den fantastischen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen ! Sehr gut ausgestattete Appartement mit praktisch alles was man im Haushalt benötigt. Super Matratzen, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Äusserst positiv überrascht waren wir von der Sauberkeit, überall sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zwei Swimmingpools mit viele Sitzplätze. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Residenze Oleandro bestens weiterempfehlen. Durch die liebenswürdige Betreuung und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber Mariangela und Pierluigi haben wir uns richtig voll gefunden. Vielen Dank für alles! Michelle und Stefan aus Horn

Residence piccolino con appartamenti carini, ma collocato in alto a circa 1 km dal mare, raggiungibile in auto tra salite, curve, strade strette senza marciapiede. Da booking si evince che si trova a 600-900 m dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi in 12 minuti, ma purtroppo NON è chiaro che in realtà è necessario spostarsi in auto per muoversi, soprattutto per chi come me ha un bambino piccolo e/o è in gravidanza. Credo che sia un "dettaglio" essenziale, in quanto muoversi in auto in liguria (ad agosto in particolare) può rivelarsi un'esperienza da incubo, soprattutto per la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in prossimità del mare (oltre ad essere un ulteriore costo non indifferente). Aria condizionata a parte (questo almeno era chiaramente segnalato). Queste caratteristiche rendono, a mio parere, il rapporto qualità prezzo inaccettabile (avremmo pagato 2900 euro per due settimane!). Almeno abbiamo potuto avvalerci della cancellazione gratuita non perdendo i soldi, però abbiamo irrimediabilmente compromesso le nostre vacanze.
