Very unwelcoming reception with poor service from the manager. Worst experience ever and even the staff were perplexed at how badly the manager treats guests. Not only does she swear at guests, but she mixed up the booking for three people to make it only for two. No apology was issued

Really poor service and management. The pictures are deceiving and not a true reflection of what you can expect from your staff. Also expect a rude manager and owner who are not attentive to the guests requirements.
