Terrible customer service. Made a mistake booking online. Told by staff at hotel that it seemed like an honest mistake and I could get a refund if I called customer service number and they would verify I did not stay the night I paid for. Wasted time calling number to be told that they called property manager and they would not be refunding. I was supposed to stay the night I originally wanted to reserve but cancelled because they already had my money and apparently did not deserve my business. This would not happen at a Marriott. Just saying.

Room want clean, facial hair stubbings in sink upon arrival, bath towels were stained/dirty, staff was very friendly but the overall cleanliness of this property was subpar.

Res. Monday. for Tues eve. Got there 7pm and room was not done up . They gave us another room and that one the door was unlocked, open and not done up either. VERY POORWORK ETHICS. Wasnt happy at all. Went next door to Quality Inn. and got a nice large clean room. We have stayed in Super 8s for years and this was by far my worst experience.

The hotel is clean, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff just needs to pay attention a bit more to replenish breakfast items. The staff was pleasant. The remote didn't work and I did report it but nothing resolved.the shampoo and body wash were not filled.

Dont stay here
Room was absolutely disgusting! Had a terrible smell and there was hair everywhere, all in the beds all over the floor.
I never recommend staying here. I wound up leaving right away and just cutting my loss and going to another hotel.

The place was old and it needs to be renovated. Upon entering you can see that's dirty and a/c was too dusty that triggered my allergy. I still saw hair at the bed sheet just wondering if it's washed.
