Good food and very friendly welcome at 7pm at night when we had not booked in advance but basic room and quite expensive for the food and the wine. But good coffee the next morning before a long drive to Calais Interesting village and not too busy road

The rooms are simple - beds are average. Pool is lovely for a stoppover. Staff is very friendly, but with poor Know-how of the menu. The hotel is very close to the Highway but out in the green, so ideal for a Night.

Not a place with customers' satisfaction at the top of their list. What is more important, closing reception to suit an employee or hanging on for a delayed guest? And presumably realising he/she would have no alternative for the night?

The Auberge is situated in a nice little village. This is an old building, which has been tastefully transformed into a welcoming hotel. I suspect that all the rooms are on the small size but have been sympathetically kitted out. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room, which is a bonus in France. Our room had a view on the garden and swimming pool and it looked well maintained. We dined under the awning and chatted to other people, a very convivial end of the day. Food and service were good. This is a buffet style breakfast with compote, fruit salad, pastries, ham, cheese et .. I would happily stop there again.

Had seen the village a number of times from the motorway and wanted to stop. Hotel in centre of old town. Attractive building, tastefully updated. Welcomed by enthusiastic friendly staff. Room we had was on the small side but perfectly adequate, especially as it overlooked the lovely garden and pool. Evening meal was part of the deal, and was very good. Breakfast next morning was buffet style and very good. Again , another set of friendly young staff.
