"The scenery was beautiful, and the house was very clean, but it’s not very convenient for those without a car. The host was truly wonderful and enthusiastic. He kindly drove us from Pienza to the accommodation, arranged for us to rent bicycles and had them delivered to the house. When we left, the buses weren’t running, so he even helped us book a taxi, ensuring we made our train on time. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Il paesaggio era meraviglioso e la casa era molto pulita, ma non è molto comoda per chi non ha un’auto. Il proprietario è stato davvero eccezionale e molto accogliente. Ci ha gentilmente accompagnati in auto da Pienza all’alloggio, si è occupato di noleggiarci le biciclette e di farcele consegnare direttamente in casa. Quando siamo ripartiti, gli autobus non circolavano, quindi ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi, assicurandosi che riuscissimo a prendere il treno in tempo. È stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica."

The toilet seat was broken and the single chair was so stained that I didn't dare to sit on it. Because there is no dressing table, I opened the bedside drawer and found that it was also full of dust and hair, which was not hygienic. Shocked, if this is considered a four star hotel. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in the center of the town. In fact, the town is so small that you can explore it in an hour. All in all, I would definitely not stay here if I had to choose again. I won't recommend this '4 stars hotel'."

"Pienza was one of the best towns so far on our bicycle trip from Florence to Rome and PienzalettingSuites were equally good, esp the room size and interesting layout and decor. The hosts were also excellent, esp with locking up our two bicycles inside their next door shop and trusting us with their key so we could unlock to leave early in the morning. We loved the charming town and the accommodation enough that we'd return anytime in future."

"Beautiful place at an amazing location. Pienza and many good locations were 7-15 min drive. We booked an apartment, it was very clean and everything was available. The host was very kind and helpful, the breakfast with amazing view and service is a cherry on the cake. There were free toffees, walnuts and hazelnuts as well! We will definitely recommend this place for a good vacation. Please note: you will need a car to reach here, public transport is not suitable."
